Artist Maung Thiha

           Maung Thiha was born on 1951 in Mingalardon Tsp., Yangon. He studied under Saya U Kan Nyunt, Saya U Aye Kyaw and Saya U Kyaw Lay from 1971 to 1974 at State  School of Fine Arts (Mandalay).
                     
           Firstly, he exhibited National Art and Sculpture exhibition at Envoy Hall in 1975. He also participated in many group shows. He has had oversea exhibition in Hong Kong. He is one of the members of Lokanat Gallery.

           He already exhibited his first solo show in 1999 at Lokanat Gallery. This show is second solo show. He is a full-time artist and now live in Bagan.
